Accept your brain; love your life.

The Harmony Collective is a group program with ADHD education, community, and practical coaching to help ADHD folks thrive.

If you want to thrive with ADHD, you need rhythms, support, and education.

Without them, you can feel like you’re driving a car that’s trapped in a snowbank—you’re giving it everything you’ve got, the wheels are spinning, and you’re not going anywhere. You push and push, smoke is pouring out, things start to smell weird, and… you’re breaking down.

It might look like running around, trying to find that other sock, already late for work because you slept in…

because you forgot to charge your phone…

because you stayed up all night scrolling online…

stressed about work the next day.

The internet is full of tips and hacks on managing ADHD, and some of them are super helpful! Others, not so much. But, it’s really hard to actually implement anything on your own.

This is why I’ve built The Harmony Collective.

I work with ADHD folks because I’ve got it, too. And because I have ADHD, I understand the dread and overwhelm on a Monday morning when getting stuff done feels like too much. I’ve spent enough time beating myself up for who I am and how I function that I had to learn a different way.

I have developed this group program using my extensive training and experience as a therapist and coach for individuals with ADHD.

I LOVE the group process because I love seeing ADHD adults feel grounded, clear-headed, and confident.
